This tier list evaluates every Resonator based on their performance in Tower of Adversity (the primary endgame mode), Hologram VI boss challenges, and overall team synergy value. Rankings consider both damage output and utility — a support that enables top-tier DPS can rank higher than a selfish DPS with mediocre numbers. S-Tier — Meta Defining
These characters define the current meta. They have the highest damage ceilings, best team synergy, and can carry any account through the hardest content. Invest in these first if you want to clear Tower of Adversity Floor 12 consistently.
Jinhsi
SSpectro Main DPS
Highest burst damage in the game. Incarnation state enables one-shot potential on elite enemies. Pairs perfectly with coordinated attackers. Best team: Jinhsi + Zhezhi + Shorekeeper
Camellya
SHavoc Main DPS
Exceptional AoE damage with self-sustain. Budding Mode makes her nearly unkillable in prolonged fights. Best team: Camellya + Roccia + Verina
Shorekeeper
SSpectro Support/Healer
Best universal support in the game. Team-wide healing, damage amplification, and energy regeneration. Fits into literally any team composition. Best team: Any + Shorekeeper
Roccia
SHavoc Sub-DPS
Best Havoc support with RES shred and grouping. Enables Camellya to reach her full potential. Strong off-field damage. Best team: Camellya + Roccia + Shorekeeper
A-Tier — Excellent Performers
Strong characters that can clear all content reliably. Slightly lower ceiling than S-Tier or require more specific team setups. Great if you're missing the S-Tier options.
Changli
AFusion Main DPS
Devastating single-target damage in True Sight state. High skill ceiling but extremely rewarding when mastered. Best team: Changli + Brant + Verina
Xiangli Yao
AElectro Main DPS
Excellent ranged DPS with summon mechanics. Team-wide ATK buff on Ultimate makes him valuable even as sub-DPS. Best team: Xiangli Yao + Yinlin + Shorekeeper
Zhezhi
AGlacio Sub-DPS
Best Glacio support with off-field damage and grouping. Outro buff significantly boosts Glacio DPS characters. Best team: Jinhsi + Zhezhi + Shorekeeper
Verina
ASpectro Healer
Best F2P healer option. Consistent healing, ATK buffs, and easy to build. Perfect alternative if you lack Shorekeeper. Best team: Any + Verina
B-Tier — Solid & Viable
Can clear all content with proper investment. May need specific team compositions or higher skill to match A-Tier performance. Good budget options.
Brant
BFusion Main DPS
High burst with DEF scaling for survivability. Requires careful positioning in Anchor Mode. Pairs well with Changli. Best team: Changli + Brant + Verina
Phoebe
BSpectro Main DPS
Strong single-target Spectro DPS. Benefits greatly from double Spectro team synergy with Jinhsi. Best team: Phoebe + Jinhsi + Shorekeeper
Encore
BFusion Main DPS
High-risk, high-reward playstyle with escalating damage. Devastating when played optimally but unforgiving. Best team: Encore + Sanhua + Verina
Sanhua
BGlacio Sub-DPS
Excellent F2P sub-DPS with Basic Attack DMG buff. Great value for new players — no premium weapons needed for solid performance. Best team: Encore + Sanhua + Verina

Each character is evaluated across 5 criteria to determine their tier placement:
- Tower of Adversity performance — Can they clear Floor 12 consistently? How fast? Do they need specific buffs?
- Team flexibility — Do they need specific teammates or can they slot into any team?
- Investment requirement — How much investment (signature weapon, constellations, echo rolls) to reach their potential?
- Future-proofing — Will they remain relevant as new characters release in upcoming patches?
- Ease of use — How forgiving is their playstyle? Can casual players use them effectively?
